Terms & Conditions

A completed booking form, scanned copy of valid passport, international return flight ticket, visa, vaccination certificate & travel insurance will be required to confirm the booking.

Bookings can be made with 50% advance and balance is payable 90 days before departure from home country. In case of bookings made within 90 days of arrival, 100% advance payment is required at the time of booking.

In case of non-receipt of the balance amount within stipulated time, the booking can be cancelled and initial deposit can be forfeited.

Price quoted can change based on the number of travelers, travel dates, hotel & flight availabilities, festival rate implementation, changes in taxation norms, currency exchange rate fluctuations etc.

In case the offered hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered in a hotel of similar category.

Rates quoted do not include peak season supplements that may be charged by the hotels during festivals, Christmas & New Year Period (including any Gala dinners).

In case of any amendments and cancellation of flights etc., revised prices will be applicable

Any request for amendment by the guest, which may be in the form of an additional service(s) or reduced service(s), from that which is being offered in the pre-booked tour, must be communicated by the guest to us in writing at least 60 days prior to dates of travel. 

Amount quoted does not include any bank charges payable by the guests to their bank.

Kindly note that our cancellation policies largely depend on the cancellation policies of the hotels for refund. Cancellations made up to 90 days from arrival will attract a penalty of 50% of the tour price. Cancellation made 89 days prior to the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of 100% of the tour price.

Alluring Tours does not undertake any responsibility for any charge levied by the hotel in case damage has been done to hotel by the guests in terms of infrastructure, lost items belonging to hotel, or consumption of food and beverages from the minibar.

Alluring Tours do not take any responsibility for any additional cost or any fees relating to the issuance and / or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through us.

In any booked package, the services for cruise line, helicopter, ferry, adventure activities like hot-air ballooning etc. would be subject to availability / weather conditions / local permissions / operational circumstances / any other statutory requirements. Alluring Tours is not responsible/liable for any happening or non-happening of any event under any circumstances whatsoever.

Airport & Govt. taxes are calculated as of date and are subject to change.

No refund would be feasible for any unutilized services

By booking the tour, Guest acknowledges the risks, challenges and any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during operation of the tour and that Alluring Tours & its counterparts/affiliates/vendors/heirs/successors shall not be held responsible/liable for any damages/claims whatsoever occurring on account of the tour.
